Raiders Zone 9 Basketball Champs


The Grade 7/8 Killarney Raiders Boys basketball team finished off a perfect season Wednesday night, beating Oak Lake to win the Zone 9 Championship.
Top scorer Sebastian Pauls (above) gets another layup while the Raiders play defence (below) in the closest game of their season against Virden on Wednesday afternoon.

CHAMPIONSHIP WIN FOR UNDEFEATED RAIDERS – Back row (from left): Jayden Friesen, Joel Lovett, Sebastian Pauls, Aubrey Cuvelier, Owen Rolfe, Taylor Lockhart, Terry Beazley (coach), and in front: Reid Johnson, Liam Magwood, Keagan Benz (Raiders mascot), Cashtion-Lee Canada Wells, and Alex Patton are Grade 7/8 Zone 9 Champions after defeating Oak Lake in the final 68-20 on Wednesday night. The Grade 7/8 Killarney Raiders went undefeated all season, and were able to cap it all off by winning the Championship in front of their hometown fans.
